Welcome to Ladysmith Secondary School

Welcome to Ladysmith Secondary School. Located in beautiful Ladysmith, British Columbia and 23 kilometers South of Nanaimo (48.9975° N, 123.8203° W). Here you will find information on all aspects of our school community. We are pleased to have the opportunity to share all of the exciting things going on at LSS. Here at Ladysmith Secondary we offer new and ongoing initiatives, programs, and curricula that have been designed with the success for all in mind. The administration, teaching, and support staff continue to provide the educational opportunities that students attending LSS need to be successful. Ladysmith Success Club is Back. Tuesday-Thursday in the Career Center

Do you need help with homework? Do you need a quiet space for studying? Come out to the Ladysmith Success Club and get some help with your studies. Everyone is welcome to attend. Support staff and Peer Tutors will be available to assist you with homework questions. Tell you friends! Make academic success a priority in your daily routine. Open Tuesday to Thursday from 3:00pm  to 4:00pm in room 104 (the Career Center).
 

Ladysmith Course Survey Booklets Available Online

It's that time of year again. The 2013-2014 Course Survey Booklets are now available. Students are encouraged to read the document and share the information around course selection with their parent(s) or guardian(s). If you have any questions, please contact your child's counsellor. The course selection process begins February 18th, 2013 and runs through mid March.
