- No scholarships without student cards?

- Forcing to pay is discouraging for players, but it makes sense
- User fees are standard in all other schools in the district
- PAC money put on hold, access restricted, will eventually come back again for groups to apply for

Student Cards

- Advertising makes sure students get ongoing discounts (ie. Harlem Crowns, Performing Arts... performances) Ms. Gunn liked idea of discounts for food, but sells things at cost anyways, thus redundancy.

ROOM
- Blain and Hoban still working on it
- We're waiting for them to make a decision, so we're still at point A
- Sit down and ask First Nation students if they mind us using the room?
- Working with them would be good, but our own room would be better, as to avoid any chances of conflict whatsoever
- Either wait for room, or demand a room, and take it...
- Milne, Hutchins, and Weir agree that they should also speak for us, on our behalf, for a co-staff student forward charge.
- Room in middle of hallway would be best room to have, but it would need work.
- Room right at the end is the general choice, move the counsellor down into middle of hallway, they're only here sometimes regardless. We should make sure the room that we move him into is improved.
- Size of room A is narrow, and small, not good for meetings, good for drop-in purposes
- Room A: Window, welcoming atmosphere, less stuffy, distanced
- Room 229: Big, good location, not many people know about it, room doesn't stand out, first thing seen is coat closets
- Put student opportunities coming through into our room.
- Invite Mr. Blain here for next meeting.
- Cannot create new system without a place to do it.
- Weir, Milne, and Hutchins can write a support letter towards our alternate ‘home'

- just because someone is a rep doesn't mean they are a leader
- reps will be able to change at the one term mark should they want to
- reps can be year long positions
- communication over the summer will be necessary
- team leaders (volunteers to help groups get jobs done)
