- Room in middle of hallway would be best room to have, but it would need work.
- Room right at the end is the general choice, move the counsellor down into middle of hallway, they're only here sometimes regardless. We should make sure the room that we move him into is improved.
- Size of room A is narrow, and small, not good for meetings, good for drop-in purposes
- Room A: Window, welcoming atmosphere, less stuffy, distanced
- Room 229: Big, good location, not many people know about it, room doesn't stand out, first thing seen is coat closets
- Put student opportunities coming through into our room.

Idea's for the future

- just because someone is a rep doesn't mean they are a leader
- reps will be able to change at the one term mark should they want to
- reps can be year long positions
- communication over the summer will be necessary
